To forget that the freedoms we enjoy \u2014 to speak, to create, to wander without fear \u2014 were earned at a cost we can barely imagine.
Remembrance isn\u2019t about glorifying war; it\u2019s about honouring sacrifice, empathy, and the fragile beauty of peace.<\/p>
So today, take a moment.
Stand still.
Listen to the wind through the trees, or the rain on the window.
Hold close the people you love.
And let gratitude settle quietly in your chest.<\/p>
Because remembering isn\u2019t only about looking back \u2014
it\u2019s about choosing, every day, to live with kindness, courage, and compassion in the peace they made possible.<\/p>
